Abstract
Integration of Buddhist Principles for Development the Work Life Quality, the objective was to study the important of Buddhist principles to make a quality work, economic society and mind. This articles aims to study Buddhist Principles for development of the life, the meaning in Bhavana 4 was important of the principles in Bhavana 4, moreover the factor effecting of the Work Life Quality are consists of 2 factors, factor of environment, factors of duty, the Work Life Quality and the presentation of the integrated of Buddhist principles format to support the Work Life Quality
