The Model of Enhancement Health Conditions in Organization toward Efficiency Operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University in the Northeast

Abstract

The objectives of the model of enhancement health conditions in organization toward efficiency operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University in the Northeast is a study to: 1) to study the enhancement health conditions of the Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University in the Northeast, 2) To study the relationship between organizational of enhancement health conditions and efficiency operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rrajavidyalaya University personnel in the Northeast and 3) to create a model for enhancing organizational health that affects the efficiency operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University personnel in the Northeast. Use the mixed methods research; quantitative research used in the survey research was questionnaire. The data were collected to find out how to develop for qualitative research by collecting data from in-depth interviews with key informants. Then synthesized to find the conclusion in form a process of the developing enhancing organizational health that affects the efficiency operative.


Findings were as follow:


  1. The level of the enhancement health conditions of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University in the Northeast was at a high level (= 3.78), all over at the level of opinions on the efficiency operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University personnel in the Northeast, overall, it was found at a high level (= 3.91).

  2. The relationship between organizational of enhancement health conditions and efficiency operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University personnel in the Northeast revealed that the enhancement health conditions status of the organization in each aspect was related to or effected in efficiency, personnels of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University College in the Northeast; the relationship was very positive.

  3. The model for enhancing organizational health that affects the efficiency operative of Mahachulalongkorn Rajavidyalaya University personnel in the Northeast 1) Discipline in the workplace; the organization must set standards in its work on the basis of rules and regulations and equality, 2) In terms of responsibility; they must cultivate a love for their personnel. 3) The human relationship must be cultivated in order to love for together, participation and teamwork 4) Creativity must be cultivated in a democratic organization, respect for freedom, and greater listening to create creativity.
