Leadership Traits of Police Administration Students in Bachelor of Public Administration, Suansunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research have studied the level in leadership and comparative between personal factors and leadership of Police Administration students in Bachelor of Public Administration at Suansunandha Rajabhat University. A sample was selected from 425 Police Administration students in Bachelor of Public Administration at Suansunandha Rajabhat University. The research instruments were a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Comparison of mean values for 2 samples (t-test independent), one-way ANOVA, data analysis using social science software packages.

The results of this study as follows:

1.  Most of leadership traits in Police Administration students in Bachelor of Public Administration at Suansunandha Rajabhat University was in a high level (= 3.66, S.D. = 0.59) When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value of the top 3 at a high level was Justice (= 3.89, S.D. = 0.72) in a high level. The second was  Self-control ability at a  high level ( = 3.81 , S.D. = 0.75). The third was Self-confidence at a high level ( = 3.73, S.D. = 0.69).


2. The perspective of comparative between personal factors and leadership of Police Administration students in Bachelor of Public Administration at Suansunandha Rajabhat University found that it is not different. When classified by age and year of the study was found that significantly differently at .05.
