Abstract
This academic article aims to propose guidelines capacity building prevention conflict in the Buddhist way because humans cannot live in this world alone. They must be together from two or more people and expand into a wider society. The impact of social integration is both good and bad. The good is safe for life. There is more morale that one person can do. Have the power of creative ideas resulting from the exchange of ideas with each other etc. At the same time, it also has a disadvantage as well. Conflicts in various dimensions. Such as conflicts within the family Conflict in the community Workplace conflicts as well as conflicts in society and the nation caused by many causes and factors. The conflict that arose, even if there is a process to suppress or resolve conflicts that arise, but what remains either the right or the wrong party is a vengeful occurrence and the island to make a wound within the mind that causes suffering. Therefore, prevention of conflict is a good way to apply the Sangahavatthu. 1. Bountiful 2. Virtuous 3. Supporting the people and 4. Putting oneself appropriately as a way to prevent the causes of the 5 conflicts Needs Perceptions Power Values Feelings and Emotions.
