Abstract

The objective of this action research article is to improve document storage and accidents using the 5S, 3E, 3R, 5w1h principles of the Royal Thai Air Force Academy, Nawaminthasatthirathirat By participatory observation And in-depth interviews with key informants in the Division of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering The study department of the Royal Thai Air Force Academy, Nawaminthasatthiriyathirat was 40 people. The results showed that document storage and accidents Having trouble finding a delayed document Due to the systematic document storage And there was still a slight accident from the study of the Naval Cadet By using the 5w1h problem analysis to analyze the problem of what caused and then solve the problem with Kaizen Principle 5S, Accident Prevention 3E and Waste Management 3R. For the benefit and worthiness of resources And also reduce the damage from accidents From the use of 5-S principles to solve problems and actually reduce problems, results show that the search time of documents is reduced from 3,780 minutes to 1,620 minutes, representing 57.14% improvement and the cost of paper used has been reduced. Documents and from the accident improvements, the survey phase in 1 month before the improvement was 13 times. After the improvements in 1 month, the accidents were reduced to 5 times or reduced to a rate of 61.53 percent.
