Abstract

The objective of this research paper is to study image improvement and productivity by showing key and results of staff training and 5S by using economic research by interviewing 15 key users and observing (participatory observation).  Without participation. The result of the research shows that from the training of staff in each department The chart shows the reason for using the 5S and the training of staff by using the improvement period within 4 months between December - March 2019. The result after the improvement is 138.1% due to the training of employees from the scores. Before training, 42 points and after training for employees to be 100 points. Employees have more work skills and experience. Before the adjustment of 20,000 bottles / day and after the improvement of the machine Training for employee skills Organize the factory orderly, orderly, reduce accidents, resulting in increased production of 21,500 bottles / day, equivalent to 7.5%
