Strategic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Learning Organization of Private Schools under the Office of the Private Education in Yala Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of strategic leadership of private school administrators under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province; 2) study the level of being a learning organization of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province; 3) study the relationship between strategic leadership of administrators and being a learning organization of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province; and 4) search for predictors of strategic leadership of administrators affecting the learning organization of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province. The sample group used in this research was 237 private school administrators, head of academic department and teachers under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province. The tool used in this research was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of mean, standard deviation and multiple regression coefficients. The results of the research found that 1) private school administrators under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province had strategic leadership, in overall, at a high level; 2) being a learning organization of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province, in overall, was at a high level; 3) strategic leadership of private school administrators under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province related to being a learning organization of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province was at the significance a level of .01. The correlation coefficient (r) was .834, indicating that both variables were highly correlated; and 4) in the aspect of strategic leadership of private school administrators under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province, components of a revolutionary way of thinking were setting a vision of the organization, focusing on ethical conduct and cultivating organizational culture, having the ability to predict the organization of learning of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Yala Province, 69.7%
