Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Secondary School Administration in the New Normal Era under the Phathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the components of secondary school administration in the new normal era under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office; and 2) to confirm the appropriate components of secondary school administration in the new normal era under the Pathum Thani of Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The samples used in this research were 462 teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office by multi-stage random sampling. The research tool was a 5-point estimation questionnaire with a reliability of 0.91 for the whole issue. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and confirmatory component analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) the components of the secondary school administration model in the new normal era under the Pathum Thani  Secondary Educational Service Area Office consisted of 5 elements, namely, strategy, teacher and personnel development, leadership, learner quality development and digital technology; and 2) the results confirming the appropriate components of secondary school administration in the new normal era under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that the model of  the components of secondary school administration in the new normal era under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office  was consistent with the empirical data with Chi-Square = 46.722, p = 0.185, GFI = 0.989,  AGFI = 0.949 and RMSEA = 0.021.
