Abstract

This academic paper aimed to study the theoretical perspectives and case studies of the policy partner network conceptual framework which reflected the preliminary terms and beliefs of the conceptual framework from the case study based on literature from both present and past academic works that were accepted and published in international academic journals. A study according to the theoretical perspective of the policy partner network conceptual framework was aware of belief systems such as deep core beliefs, policy core beliefs and subordinate beliefs of stakeholders in public policy. It had the potential to be applied to policy studies in a wide range of educational issues such as foreign policy, social policy, public health, and politics as well as being able to creatively design the study of public policy. The policy partner network framework was therefore a unique and robust framework for explaining the changing social phenomenon which influenced public policy until being accepted to study specific public policies from the past until the present.
