Development of a Dual Vocational Education Management Model to Support Changes in the 21st Century of Northern Institute of Vocational Education

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to find out the efficiency of a dual vocational education management model to support changes in the 21^st century of northern institute of vocational education; and 2) to evaluate a dual vocational education management model to support changes in the 21^st century of northern institute of vocational education. A sample group was Chiang Rai Vocational College. The informants were 30 administrators and teachers of Chiang Rai Vocational College by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on operating conditions before and after the trial using a dual vocational education management model, questionnaire on satisfaction of a dual vocational education management model, and an assessment of a dual vocational education management model to support changes in the 21^st century of northern institute of vocational education. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of the research found that 1) finding out the efficiency of a dual vocational education management model to support changes in the 21^st century of northern institute of vocational education found that personnel at Chiang Rai Vocational College who passed the trial of the model had higher scores after the trial than before the trial at the significance level of .05. The results of the evaluation of satisfaction with the development model, overall was at the highest quality level. It showed that a model was consistent with the empirical data; and 2) the evaluation of a dual vocational education management model to support changes in the 21^st century of northern institute of vocational education found that a dual vocational education management model to support changes in the 21^st century of northern institute of vocational education consisted of administrative principles and objectives, administrative elements, dual vocational education administration process, evaluation of a dual vocational education management that was based on appropriateness and feasibility. at the highest level.
