Development of an Online Training Website to Strengthen the Potential in Educational Quality Assurance of Teachers and Educational Personnel under the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were 1) to develop an online training website to strengthen the potential of teachers and educational personnel in educational quality assurance; 2) to study the results of using an online training website to strengthen the educational quality assurance potential of teachers and educational personnel; and 3) to study the satisfaction of trainees in order to strengthen the potential in educational quality assurance of teachers and educational personnel. The sample group used in the research consisted of 242 teachers and personnel who were interested in training to strengthen the potential of educational quality assurance using a simple random sampling. The tools used to collect data included a suitability assessment form, a test to measure the achievement of trainees, assessment of potential in educational quality assurance, and satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of the research found that 1) the development of an online training website, overall, had the appropriateness at a high level ( = 4.48, S.D.= .53) which consisted of 3 elements: inputs, processes, and outputs; 2) the achievement of trainees after training was significantly higher than before training, statistical significance at the .05 level and the results of the assessment of the overall educational quality assurance potential of the trainees were at a high level (
= 4.21, S.D.= .45); and 3) satisfaction, overall was at the highest level (
= 4.55, S.D.= .52).
