Guidelines for Leadership Development in Digital Age of Educational Opportunity Expansion School Administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 2 according to Sappurisadhamma 7

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were1) to study the conditions of leadership in digital age of Educational Opportunity Expansion School Administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 2; 2) to find guidelines to develop leadership in digital age of Educational Opportunity Expansion School Administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 2 according to Sappurisadhamma 7. It was a mixed methods research. A sample group consisted of 252 people and 9 key informants. The research instrument was an estimation questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis was use. The results of the research found that 1) conditions of leadership development in digital age, overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that citizenship in digital age had the highest average, followed by vision. As for professional excellence practices had the lowest average; and 2) guidelines for developing leadership in digital age of Educational Opportunity Expansion School Administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 2 according to Sappurisadhamma 7 found that in terms of vision, school administrators should use technology in management appropriately, have initiative, support the use of digital systems to promote the development of personnel skills; in the aspect of creating a learning culture in digital age, school administrators should emphasize the use of technology for quality learning consistent with the curriculum, use technology to organize teaching and learning to suit students; in terms of professional excellence practice, school administrators should always study the use of digital technology; in the aspect of systematic improvement, school administrators should plan school development in accordance with the context, allocate the budget appropriately. Every sector was involved in developing the quality of education; in terms of citizenship in digital age, school administrators should monitor and evaluate the use of technology, promote moral courses, strengthen shared responsibility, be an effective user of technology.
