Guidelines for Development of Safe School Administration in the Digital Age of Schools in the Thai-Myanmar Border Area, the Phop Phra-Valley-Ruamthai School Group under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were 1) to study the conditions and problems; 2) to compare the conditions; and 3) to find ways to develop safe school administration in the digital age of schools in the Thai-Myanmar border area. The sample group consisted of 175 administrators and teachers. The information providers were 17 qualified persons. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, frequency, ranking, t-test, F-test, and content analysis. The research results found that 1) the conditions and problems of development of safe school administration in the digital age of schools in the Thai-Myanmar border area had the highest average condition of administration of threats resulting from impacts on physical and mental health, and the problem with the highest percentage was that schools designed learning management based on context but lacked assessment, 2) a comparison of the conditions of development of safe school administration in the digital age of schools in the Thai-Myanmar border area classified by educational qualifications and overall and individual experiences was not different, 3) guidelines for the development of safe school administration in the digital age of schools in the Thai-Myanmar border area found that in terms of dangers caused by human violence, administrators should involve internal and external agencies in the assessment. In terms of dangers caused by accidents, administrators and teachers should organize activities for students. In terms of dangers caused by rights violations, schools must organize activities to create awareness. In terms of dangers caused by impacts on physical and mental health, administrators and teachers should organize activities to promote and provide a platform for students to exchange knowledge.
