Upgrading the Management of the Model Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were 1. to study the management conditions of Sunday Buddhist Study Centers in Nakhon Sawan Province; 2. to enhance the management of the Model Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province; and 3. to evaluate the management of the Model Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province. This was an action research, consisting of 1) planning, which involved analyzing the management of Sunday Buddhist Study Centers; 2) implementation, which involved driving activities; 3) observation, monitoring, and 4) reflection stage. The research results found that 1) the management conditions of Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Nakhon Sawan Province found that there were 4 management aspects: academic management, budget management, personnel management, and general management; 2) upgrading the management of Model Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province found that digital technology was used to upgrade the management of Sunday Buddhist Study Center in 4 aspects: (1) in terms of academic management, there were teaching and learning activities, and new and modern learning resources more quickly, (2) in the aspect of personnel management, digital technology has been rapidly adopted for personnel planning in the system, (3) in general administration, digital technology was used to create a website for Sunday Buddhist Study Centers, enabling them to save on consumables and work more quickly, (4) In budget management, digital technology was used to quickly and conveniently prepare performance reports; and 3) an evaluation of the management upgrade of Model Sunday Buddhist Study Center of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province found that the overall evaluation of the management upgrade of the Nakhon Sawan Sunday Buddhist Study Center was highly satisfactory. Administrators, teachers, and staff were able to use digital technology to create and upload links to websites for academic, personnel, general, and budget administration more accurately, quickly, and appropriately.
