Abstract

This academic article aimed to study and build knowledge about the components of indirect internal supervision. It was found that indirect school supervision was a crucial process for promoting and developing teachers and educational personnel without requiring direct control or supervision from school administrators. The process involved five key steps: 1) needs assessment was the first step in indirect internal supervision, which identified and analyzed the needs of teachers and educational personnel to determine appropriate development and improvement strategies; 2) planning and analysis were a process that used information from needs assessments to develop a clear and targeted plan for improving the quality of education. Systematic planning helped to keep the supervision process organized and directional; 3) implementation was the operation of the planned work in the school. Effective implementation will help teachers and personnel develop in accordance with the set goals; 4) evaluation was a process used to measure and monitor the success of supervision. Evaluation allowed for effective analysis of results and identification of areas for improvement; 5) improvement and reporting were the final step involved improving the supervision process based on feedback from the evaluation, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of supervision. Furthermore, the components of indirect internal supervision were supported by other supporting factors, such as supporting learning and skills development, the use of technology for supervision, communication and management in the digital age, and motivation and fostering thinking. All of these played a key role in increasing the flexibility and effectiveness of indirect internal supervision in the current educational context.
