School Management under Local Government Organizations in the Digital Age

Abstract
This academic article aims to study the management of schools under local government organizations in the digital age. It found that the rapid changes in the digital age have a significant impact on educational management, necessitating adaptation to develop quality education that aligns with the context of the school and community. This article aims to synthesize knowledge regarding the management of schools under local government organizations in the digital age through the analysis of relevant documents and research. The study found that the principles of school administration in the digital age focus on developing management systems using technology and communication to enhance student quality and facilitate efficient access to information and services for stakeholders. Therefore, school administrators must have a broad vision, adapt their management concepts and attitudes to modern practices, support the use of technology and resources in learning management, and promote the development of teachers' essential digital skills. Meanwhile, teachers need skills in teaching, analytical thinking, and technology use to develop students' self-directed learning, analytical thinking, communication, innovation, digital skills, life skills, and collaboration. School administration of local government organizations in the digital age must therefore focus on developing education that aligns with the context of the school and community, achieving efficient management in all aspects. Meanwhile, the use of technology in management and learning management under the collaboration of all sectors will help create learners with skills and innovation, enabling them to live happily in the digital age. In addition, schools should be a base for developing the quality of life of people in the community through cooperation from all sectors, including budget support from local government administrators. This article suggests that administrators should develop a digital technology development plan that is consistent with the school and community context, develop the digital skills of personnel, create collaboration with external agencies, update the curriculum, and promote the participation of parents and the community in order to effectively enhance education in the digital age.
