A Study of Graduate Students’ Satisfaction with Teaching and Learning Management for the Courses Offered in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Biomedical Sciences (International Program), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University

Abstract
This research article aimed to study the satisfaction of graduate students with the teaching and learning management for courses offered in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Biomedical Sciences (International Program), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University during the academic years 2018-2023. The sample consisted of 36 graduate students from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, who were enrolled in courses offered by the program. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.90. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings showed that the highest satisfaction was in aspect 5, measurement and evaluation, with the highest average satisfaction score for the topic of students being able to appeal to review their scores in the courses they registered for ( = 4.58, S.D.= 0.53). This was followed by Aspect 2, instructors, with the highest average satisfaction score for the topic of instructors possessed excellent knowledge, expertise, and direct experience in the subjects they taught, and can explain the content accurately and thoroughly (
= 4.51, S.D.= 0.50). Aspect 1, course content, also received the highest average satisfaction score for the topic of course content was up-to-date and relevant to the ever-changing current era (
= 4.48, S.D.= 0.53). The lowest satisfaction was in Aspect 4, factors promoting teaching and learning, with the highest average satisfaction score for the topic of the curriculum used appropriate and consistent teaching materials, documents, and equipment for each subject. And the teaching materials used were appropriate and consistent with the course
( = 4.37, S.D.= 0.57).
