School Administration in a Transformational age

Abstract
This academic article aimed to study school administration in a transitional age, focusing on the operation of the school's core missions in academics, budget, personnel management, and general administration, with the application of information technology and communication to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of school administration. Furthermore, school administrators should drive personnel development using digital technology to prepare for future education, focusing on using technology to develop personnel potential and learning activities. This will ensure that education in the transitional age was effective and responsive to future needs. Additionally, Furthermore, there should be administration to promote and support learning resulting from the awareness and collaboration of all educational personnel in the school. This involved creating job satisfaction and fostering cooperation and responsibility among school administrators, teachers, students, parents, and all stakeholders.
