The Potential of AI in Supporting School Administrators' Decision-Making

Abstract
This academic article presented the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance decision-making processes in educational institutions, focusing on in-depth data analysis to identify trends and problems in the education system, as well as the development of personalized learning for students. The study showed that AI can assist school administrators in making more accurate decisions, reducing errors from using subjective data, and supporting targeted planning and problem-solving. In addition, AI can help create personalized learning experiences for each student by analyzing learning data and recommending teaching materials that matched their needs. However, the implementation of AI in educational institutions still faced several obstacles, including ethical and data privacy concerns, infrastructure and budget limitations, and the need to develop the skills of teachers and personnel to effectively use AI. This article therefore proposed three key approaches, namely 1) establishing clear policies and standards for the use of AI; 2) developing the capabilities of teachers and personnel; and 3) allocating appropriate budgets and building infrastructure to ensure that the implementation of AI in educational institutions can be maximized and sustainable.
