Abstract

This academic article aimed to study and present a model for enhancing transformational leadership using a model for enhancing transformational leadership based on the Nine Keys Principle of the Power of Mind, Dhamma, and Universe Institute in human resource development through a literature review and related research. The study employed analytical and synthesis methods to analyze transformational leadership theory and the Nine Keys principle. It considered the alignment between the four components of transformational leadership, namely ideological influence, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individualism and the Nine Keys principle, which included the key of perseverance, the key of wisdom, the key of self-exploration, the key of communication and intellectual skills, the key of problem solving, the key of positive thinking and forgiveness, the key of leadership, the key of acceptance of diversity, and the key of giving. The study found that the Nine Keys Principle was consistent with and can fully promote the components of transformational leadership. Through analysis and synthesis, a model for integrating the Nine Keys Principle with transformational leadership at the Macro-Meso-Micro levels was developed, demonstrating the connection among individual, team, and organizational development. This model can be applied to holistic human resource development, including individual leadership development, training program design, coaching and mentoring, and leadership assessment, leading to the development of effective and sustainable transformational leadership.
