Policy
    The Faculty of Law, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University, publishes this journal to provide opportunities for professors, students, researchers, and interested individuals both inside and outside the university to publish academic work in the form of academic articles and research articles. This initiative aims to promote and support the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of law, political science, and social sciences more widely. The journal is published for the general public and aims to elevate its status to a national and international level.

Objectives
    1. To promote the dissemination of academic work and perspectives in the fields of law, political science, and social sciences to the general public.
    2. To serve as a medium for exchanging views and ideas in the fields of law, political science, and social sciences.
    3. To act as a source of information for presenting work, articles, and opinions related to research.

Scope
    CRRU Law, Political Science and Social Science Journal, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University, accepts academic articles and research articles in both Thai and English. The scope of the journal covers all branches of law, political science, public administration, politics and governance, and social sciences, including psychology, sociology, anthropology, and social development.

Types of Articles
      1. Academic Article:
These are articles compiled from personal research or the author’s experiences, analyzed and synthesized from various sources. The author should present clear issues and provide modern and useful knowledge or concepts to the academic community and interested individuals.
      2. Research Article: These are articles derived from research projects, presenting research results or findings, as well as work obtained from independent studies.

Publication Schedule
      The journal publishes 2 issues per year, every 6 months.

      Issue 1: January - June
      Issue 2: July - December

Submission Conditions
Submitted articles must:
      1. Not have been published elsewhere and not be under consideration for publication in other journals.
      2. Undergo screening and quality assessment by experts as specified by the journal's procedures.
      3. Be published in subsequent issues if they cannot be published in the current issue after passing expert review, based on the order of submission.
      4. Be submitted in Microsoft Word format via the journal’s website system at https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/lawcrru. If unable to submit via the system, contact Mr. Patompong Muangkhaw at 053-776137

Article Review Process
     1. Upon submission, the editorial board will initially screen the article and notify the author of the preliminary decision within 2 weeks of submission.
     2. All articles undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts until Issue 5(2) (July – December 2021). From Issue 6(1) (January – December 2022) onwards, three experts will review each article. The majority decision of the reviewers determines the outcome.
           2.1 Reviewers take up to 1 month per article.
           2.2 The editorial board notifies the author of the review results within 2 weeks of receiving the reviewers’ comments.
           2.3 If revisions are suggested, the author must revise the article and submit the revised version along with a report on the revisions within 15 days of receiving the review results website https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/lawcrru.
             Review outcomes are:
                  1. Accept without revisions.
                  2. Accept with minor revisions, subject to re-evaluation.
                  3. Accept with minor revisions, not subject to re-evaluation.
                4. Reject.
            Note: The editorial board coordinates with the authors at every step.
