National Plan to National Quality Standard in Developing Country: Lessons Learned in Data Analytics for Practices

Abstract

National quality standards are the cornerstone to drive the economy at the macro level that administered the 20-year National Strategy Framework. The 20-year period is a suitable time frame for the concrete drive in the past Thailand has never established a national strategy under that timeframe. There is only a specific strategy for the organization. Consideration on the norm framework for formulating a national strategy as a model for implementing it can enable national development planning able to determine the operation in developing the country based national quality standard that has been inserted into a variety of strategic issues, which are important to building a good commercial image of Thailand. It is another tool to achieve the results of the 20-year National Strategy Framework, if only relevant strategies are considered on the framework of quality standards depend on systematic and fast certification are beneficial for administration and management that reflects quality results at the national level. As a result, products or services can generate income for the country. Therefore, defining the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) is an important issue that should be accelerated in era.
