Increased Penalty in Offences of Special Vocation Murdering

Abstract

          The objectives of this study are to study concept and theories regarding on increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering, legal principles regarding increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering under the law of Thai , France , Hungary and The United States of America and analyze law problems about increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering between Thai, France, Hungary and The United States of America law to amend criminal law on increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering

            This study was done using qualitative research by a method of documentary study on law textbooks, law articles, thesis, journals, including  electronics media on both Thai and foreign languages, in order to systematically gather for studying, analyzing and arranging the data

            Results of the study show that the concepts and theories on increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering under Thai law is different from foreign law, because the foreign law legislate on the increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering which has higher punishment than ordinary murdering, when compare with Thai criminal law which doesn’t legislate about this by considering such special vocations as judge, teacher and educational personnel are important vocation in Thailand as same as other, but in Thailand these special vocations are not be protected on offences of special vocation murdering usually terrorized society. Moreover, these situations are regarded as vital issue in the protection of dignity in our society which were insufficiency covered by the law code on increased penalty in offences of special vocation murdering for the protection of these special vocations and elevating Thai criminal law to meet the international standards.
