School Administrators’ Roles in Promoting Teachers’ Learning Management in Najaluay Network Group under the Jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study school administrators’ roles in promoting teachers’ learning management in Najaluay network group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Offices 5 in 7 aspects, compiling of Setting policies and plans on teachers’ learning management; Promoting teachers’ development; Supervising and monitoring teachers’ learning management; Budgeting and supporting funds to teachers’ learning management; Rewarding and reenforcing teachers; Providing and facilitating utilities for teachers’ learning management, and Evaluating learning management. The sample included 93 teachers in Najaluay Network Group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, in the academic year of 2563. The research tool was a fifty item-rating scale questionnaire, with the congruence index between .67-1.00, discrimination values between .21-79, and the reliability of .94. The statistics included Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.

          The research findings were as follow: The school administrators’ roles in promoting teachers’ learning management in Najaluay network group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Offices 5 Ranked respectively form the highest to the lowest as (1)  Setting policies and plans on teachers’ learning management; (2) Promoting teachers’ development; (3) Providing and facilitating utilities for teachers’ learning management;  (4) Rewarding and reinforcing teachers; (5) Budgeting and supporting funds to teachers’ learning management; (6) Supervising and monitoring teachers’ learning management;  and (7) Evaluating learning management.
