THE ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS OF PRIVATE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ACCORDING TO ITTHI-BAHT4 PRINCIPLES UNDER NONG BUA LAM PHU PROVINCIAL EDUCATION OFFICE

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) to study the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles under Nong Bua Lam Phu provincial education office 2) to compare the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles under Nong Bua Lam Phu provincial education office and 3) to offer guidelines for the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles under Nong Bua Lam Phu provincial education office. The research model was a mixed methodology research. Summarize the research results according to the research objectives.

          The research results were found that 1) the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles, overall and in practice aspects were at a high level. The side with the highest mean was the technical skills, followed by the human skills, respectively the side with the lowest mean was the conceptual skills. 2) The Itthi-Baht 4 principles of private school administrators, overall and in practice aspects were at a high level. The side with the highest mean was Chitta, followed by Wimangsa and Side of me, respectively the side with the lowest mean was persistence. 3) The results of ccomparative analysis by position and study level varies, there were an opinion on the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles that was not different, but respondents was different work experiences, there was opinions on the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles differed statistically significantly at .05 level. 4) Guidelines for the administrative skills of private school administrators according to Itthi-Baht 4 principles integrated with all the administrative skills of private school administrators in order to achieve empirical efficiency and effectiveness.
