Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) the characteristics of online and offline learning management.2)to compare the effectiveness of online and offline teaching of teachers in Ubon Ratchathani, Surin, Amnat Charoen and Yasothon provinces. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from a sample of 433 people for analysis.The results showed that 1) The characteristics of online and offline teaching and learning were at a high level, both overall and composition. 2) The efficiency of teaching online and offline is at the same level. The offline performance has a higher coefficient of .01 than the online version. The efficiency of offline teaching has a coefficient of R2 at .44, while the efficiency of teaching in an online style at R2 is at .43.
