Career adaptability is the ability of an individual to adapt to changes in career roles and maintain a balance with them. College is a critical stage for individual growth. It will face major changes in career roles and career tasks. In order to help Chinese college students better cope with career problems, this study, from the perspective of constructivism theory, uses the localization requirements of college students’ career adaptability. As a logical starting point, this paper explores the structure of localization of career adaptability of college students through interviews and empirical surveys, in order to construct a theoretical model of localization of career adaptability of college students and provide some useful inspiration for the cultivation of career adaptability of college students in china.
