A STUDY ON THE STATUS QUO OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY OF NANTONG T LOGISTICS ENTERPRISES UNDER THE INFORMATIONIZATION BACKGROUND

This paper takes the T logistics company in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, China as the case study object, mainly adopts the combination of questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis, focuses on the level of customer satisfaction of T logistics companies in the digital context, and analyzes the status quo of customer satisfaction indicators of T logistics companies in the digital context. Through the evaluation results of satisfaction, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of T logistics company in providing logistics services to customers under the digital background, including insufficient publicity of enterprise brand image, imperfect logistics service price standard system, independent and decentralized logistics service system platform, and low efficiency of information feedback processing. Finally, according to the customer satisfaction evaluation results of T Logistics Company and the analysis of existing problems, combined with digital technology to improve the corporate brand image, build a contract pricing and bidding service platform, optimize the logistics service price, improve the quality of personnel service, create an interconnected logistics information service platform, and deal with customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
