On the basis of summarizing the research context and theories related to the work vitality of teachers at home and abroad, this study searched for the influencing factors of the work vitality of applied undergraduate university teachers, and conducted in-depth research using quantitative methods such as literature research, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis. The research results show that a good organizational environment can promote the performance of teacher work vitality, which is an important driving factor affecting teacher work vitality. Therefore, this study proposes that teachers should rationally design their personal vision, enhance self-efficacy, and enhance teamwork ability from two aspects: self-improvement strategies for teacher work vitality and organizational environment construction strategies; Universities should build a common vision, improve training mechanisms, improve incentive mechanisms, and create a culture of cooperation to enhance the work vitality of applied undergraduate university teachers, in order to provide reference for the construction of applied undergraduate university teacher teams and the improvement of educational quality.
