THE BUDDHIST UNIVERSITIES AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT INNOVATION IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

This academic paper aims to present concepts and learning management approaches for learners in the 21^st century of Buddhist universities which need to use technological innovations as tools in classroom management more. To motivate students to meet the needs of learners with different learning speeds. Create opportunities for learners to have access to education universally and equitably. It also facilitates for all groups of learners. Therefore, future classroom management innovations should pay attention to the application of electronic concepts in classroom management, which are: Virtual classroom and Electronic classroom in the Flipped room.
