THE PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY HEADS ACCORDING TO THE GOOD FRIEND PRINCIPLE IN BANGKOK

Abstract

The participation of community heads according to the good friend principle in Bangkok metropolitan administration consists of the following steps.The first step is to build confidence using Piyo Jatatane Niyochaye (building confidence in work management) which focuses on managing oneself, people, and work. The second step is to be an example using Pawaniyo (a good example of work management) which focuses on honesty, fairness, compassion, generosity, and work management consistency. The third step is to teach using Watataja (clarifying work management problems), using Kamapirayaja Katang Katata (clarifying difficult work management problems), and managing with love and respect in one’s own duties. The fourth step is to solve problems with love using Wajanakakamo (having a strong will in managing work). In work management, one should solve problems occurred using criticism from others to fix, improve, develop, and support people in the area to live with happiness.
