THE SOLUTION OF MANAGEMENT IN BUDDHIST STYLE

Abstract

Regarding the solution for problems of administration through Buddha Dhamma principles, the study on crucial goal of Buddhism in relation to humans should be primarily focused. Humans should be developed, socialized and lifted up from the roots of animal instincts within them. Such instincts are the internal drive that causes social problems. In particular, human behavior should be under control and not violate the legitimate rights of others. Some of them, for example, know that their attained benefit may cause sufferings of others but they still insist doing. This is because they focus on their corruption no matter through whatever means such as vote buying for winning the election and achieving political positions at various levels. Some of these politicians are examples of lacking awareness on social well-being of the public. According to such circumstances, social leaders exist for taking care of social well-being of the public through specifying norms and systems of administration following the Buddhist concepts. The ethical problems existing in society such as the violation of rights need to apply the Dhamma principles as an instrument in administration and solution for such occurring problems.
