Abstract

The research on Buddhist Psychology Factor to support Learning in Multicultural Society of Buriram Province has the objectives: 1) to study the factors of Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning  in Buriram Province; 2) to develop the causes of Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning in Buriram Province, and 3) to examine the validity of the causal relationship model of Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning in Buriram Province, which Was developed. This research is a mixed research using quantitative methods to expand the qualitative research results. The research methodology is divided into 2 phases, which are, phase 1: Qualitative approach is used to study Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning in Buriram Province, phase 2: Using the quantitative approach to develop a causal relationship model of Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning in Buriram Province. Then, checking the validity of the Buddhist factor model and the promotion of multicultural learning of Buriram Province was examined, and the direct and indirect influence between the variables in the model was examined. The results of the research were as follows: The Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning in Buriram Province consisted of 1) The Buddhist Psychological Factors and the promotion of multicultural learning in Buriram Province were (1) positive attitude (2) knowledge of multiculturalism, (3) practice according to the multiculturalism, (4) Satisfaction according to the multiculturalism, (5) Efforts based on the multiculturalism, (6) attention according to multiculturalism and (7) the use of wisdom in accordance with the concept of multiculturalism. 2) Environment consists of (1) learning resources (2) learning atmosphere (3) learning materials and (4) promotion and support. 3) Learning in multiculturalism consists of (1) (1) love one's own culture, not hate others' culture, (2) relationships, work together, and (3) equality.
