SITUATIONS, NEEDS AND GUIDELINES ASSESSMENT FOR ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL IN DIGITAL ERA UNDER THE OFFICE OF NAKHON PHANOM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current situations and desirable situations; 2) to study the needs and necessity and; 3) to study guidelines for the academic administration of schools in digital era under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2. The samples were 382 school administrators and teachers; the sample size was determined by the percentage criteria obtained by using Stratified Sampling method. There were 4 instruments used in this research: 1) a questionnaire in current situations; 2) a questionnaire in desirable situations; 3) a structured-interview form; and 4) a suitability and possibility assessment form guideline for developing of  the  academic administration of schools in digital era under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 The results were as follows: 1) overall current situations were at the high level, and the overall desirable situations were at the highest level; 2) The side whose value is higher than the overall value has 3 sides, curriculum development for educational institutions, innovation media and educational technology, development measurement evaluation; and 3) the guidelines for developing of situations for the academic administration of schools in digital era under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 3.1) in the field of curriculum development for educational institutions Schools should improve and develop curricula by having teachers bring the curriculum together to plan learning management. and there is supervision and monitoring of the educational management context in the digital era, 3.2) in the development of learning processes Schools should develop a learning management plan for all subject areas. Support the development of teachers to develop skills in using technology, 3.3) In terms of evaluation and evaluation, schools should have assessments based on the context of schools in the digital age. for learning all around to cover knowledge, skills and abilities for the digital age, 3.4) media development Educational innovation and technology Schools should manage teaching and learning together effectively, media improvement innovations sufficient for the needs of students, 3.5) regarding the development of libraries and learning resources, schools should provide sufficient learning resources outside the classroom to meet the needs of learners and the community. communication and information technology is used to provide services. evaluation of development guidelines.
