Abstract

This research 1) To study the components of participatory management to enhance the teaching and learning process of teachers. 2)To develop and assess a model of participatory management to enhance the teaching and learning process of teachers. 3) To experiment with a participatory management model to enhance the teaching and learning process of teachers. The research process has 5 phases. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.  The results showed that.  1). The results of a study on the components of participatory management to enhance the teaching-learning process of Donmuangchaturachinda School teachers consisted of 7 components and 52 indicators. 2). The development of a participatory management model consists of 7 steps: (1) team building aspect (2) goal setting aspect (3) joint decision-making aspect (4) co-operation aspect (5) joint responsibility aspect (6) monitoring and evaluation aspect and (7) public relations and information sharing aspect. 3). Assessment of participatory management model to enhance the teaching and learning process of teachers. Is appropriate and feasible at a high level. 4). Results of the trial of using participatory management model to enhance the teaching and learning process of teachers it was found that the teaching and learning process of the teachers was at a high level. Which had a statistically significant difference at the .05 level by the teaching and learning process of teachers after using the model. It is above average before use.
