Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of the leadership of school administrators, the level of school effectiveness, and finding a guideline for academic leadership development of school administrators and school effectiveness under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, The research findings were as follows: 1) Overall, academic leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. 2) Overall, school effectiveness under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. 3) The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was found that the level was very high. There were 4 aspects: vision, goals, missions, and curriculum management, teacher development, promotion of cultural atmosphere and environment conducive to learning. 4) Development guidelines, the researcher found the relationship of the academic leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 5) Guidelines for developing academic leadership in terms of vision, goals, missions, with development guidelines focusing on what educational institutions need to do in order to make their vision a reality. Therefore, it must indicate the roles and duties of the educational institutions. 6) Guidelines for developing academic leadership in curriculum management.   The development approach is to know the problem, the condition of the problem first and then brainstorming ideas to solve the problem. A good curriculum must be in line with the needs of learners and society. 7) Guidelines for developing academic leadership in teacher development. The development approach is that teacher development must be supported by whom responsibility and related departments, which must be a process of recruiting excellent talent. 8) Guidelines for developing academic leadership in promoting cultural and environment conducive to learning. The development approach is to manage learning resources or learning areas with a variety of resources and enough to meet the needs of users. This is a familiar view of physical space.
