DEVELOPING INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL EXPANDS EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES UNDER THE OFFICE OF SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find the current states and the objective development of school internal quality assurance for the secondary schools in educational opportunity expansion schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Office Area 3. The current research showed the School Standard Quality Measurement for Secondary School Level included 6 dimensions as followings.1) School standard setting. 2) Focused educational school-standard developing plan setting 3) Educational school-standard developing plan acting 4) Educational school-standard evaluation. 5) Educational school-standard follow-up setting 6) Self-report assessment report. The participants are 171 school directors under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Office Area 3 selected by using purposive-sampling method.  The research tools are 5-scale questionnaires of current school standardized management and objective school standard quality assessment with the significant of .987 and .983. The data was analyzed using computer analysis program finding out statistical numbers of Mean, Standard Deviation and Frequency. results of the current study were as the followings: The current research found that the current states of objective development of school internal quality assurance for the secondary schools in educational opportunity expansion schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Office Area 3 was generally at the mid-level of  = 2.80 and S.D. = .186. It’s found that each dimension of the level of school standard quality assessment of secondary-level school under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Office Area 3 was at the mid-level and the objective school standard quality assessment of secondary-level school was found at the highest level with = 4.06, S.D. = .174).
