ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR EXCELLENCE AT SARASAS WITAED SUVARNABHUMI SCHOOL, SAMUT PRAKAN PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1) determine the model to achieve excellence. and 2) to study the results of using the academic management model to achieve excellence at Sarasas Witaed Suvarnabhumi School. Samut Prakan Province. The target groups used in this research are: school director Academic Executive Board of Directors Teachers at Sarasas Witaed Suvarnabhumi School Samut Prakan Province, 30 people using a specific selection method The research tools consisted of 1) an interview form, 2) a manual for academic administration towards excellence at Sarasas Witaed Suvarnabhumi School. Samut Prakan Province, and 3) the management evaluation form. Evaluation Form for Academic Management Excellence of Sarasas Witaed Suvarnabhumi School Samut Prakan Province Which has a consistent value between 0.67 - 1.00 Statistics used in quantitative data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data was used for content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) Academic administration model for excellence at Sarasas Witaed Suvarnabhumi School Samut Prakan Province consists of 7 components. These are 1) Strategy 2) Structure 3) System 4) Form 5) Personnel 6) Skills and 7) Shared Values. by the format is consistent on purpose. 2) Assessment results of the quality level according to the components of Academic Management Model for Excellence at Sarasas Witaed Suvarnabhumi School, Samut Prakan Province. The overall level is very good. The component with the highest mean was Component 4 Management style. Followed by the 6 component, skills. and the component with the lowest mean is Component 2 Structure.
