GUIDELINES FOR AREA BASED EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD LEVEL OF SMALL-PRIMARY SCHOOL OF BUENGKAN EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the status quo for area based educational development in early childhood level of small – primary school of Bueankan educational service area office. 2) to study the guidelines for area based educational development in early childhood level of small – primary school of Buengkan educational service area office. The research was separated onto 2 phases. The first phase was to to study the status quo for area based educational development in early childhood level of small – primary school of Bueankan educational service area office. The data collected by using the questionnaires with the reliability values of .990. The data were analysed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The second phase, was to study the guidelines for area based educational development in early childhood level of small – primary school of Buengkan educational service area office. The results of this research were as follows :1) Analysis of data the necessary condition for area based educational development in early childhood level of small – primary school of Bueankan educational service area office was at a high level. 2) The guidelines for area based educational development in early childhood level of small – primary school of Bueankan educational service area office. Planing stepe organizw a meeting to determine an action plan for teaching and learning management. Procedure teaching and learning according to the activates set out in the action plan. Inspection step instructional supervision at least 2 time per semester. The meeting before the beginning of the semester brought problems. And obstacles in the past semester to improve and solve the problems that opened and implemented in the current year’s action plan.
