Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the needs of teachers in organizing activities to promote learning experiences for early childhood, 2) to develop a teacher manual for activities to promote learning experiences for early childhood, and 3) Assessing the satisfaction of the manual for organizing activities to promote learning experiences for early childhood of teachers under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the research consisted of 3 steps: Step 1 studied the needs of teachers in organizing activities to promote learning experiences for early childhood children. The population consisted of 175 early childhood teachers. questionnaire tool have a confidence value of 0. 92 Data were analyzed using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Developing a teacher manual for organizing activities to promote learning experiences for early childhood. The manual was evaluated by 5 experts, the tool used as a suitability assessment. The confidence level was 0.91. Step 3: Assess the knowledge and satisfaction of the manuals for organizing activities promoting learning experiences for earlychildhood. The target group was 18 early childhood teachers. The tool was used as a test to measure the understanding of the teacher's manual in organizing activities to promote learning experiences for early childhood. and satisfaction questionnaire have confidence 0.91 The data were analyzed using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation. 91 Step 3: Evaluate the satisfaction of the manual in the organization of activities promoting the organization of learning experiences for early childhood. The results of the satisfaction assessment of using manuals in organizing activities promoting learning experiences for early childhood in schools found that overall and each aspect at the highest level Sort the averages from least to greatest, i.e. application side. in organizing activities, in terms of content, and in physical aspects.
