THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOLS IN THE SUWANNAKUHA NETWORK GROUP 1 UNDER THENONG BUA LAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study academic administration and the guidelines for academic administration of schools in the Suwannakuha Network Group 1 under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. It is a survey study with the sample group consisted of 9 schools in the Suwannakuha 1 Academic Year 2020 network. The respondents were 9 school administrators and 98 government teachers by specific sampling method, using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation statistics. The results of the research revealed that most of the samples were female, aged between 30 to 40 years old, obtaining a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and most of them have less than 10 years of work experience. As for the academic administration of schools in the Suwannakuha 1 network, the overall practice is at a high level, in which the field of educational supervision has the most practice level. The aspect with the least practice level was management teaching and learning. When considering each item in each aspect, it was found that: 1) Curriculum development, the curriculum of the educational institutions was of the highest level, but the planning for the use of the educational institutions curriculum was of the lowest level; 2) In terms of management teaching and learning, community is encouraged to participate in learning management of learners according to their potential was of the highest level, but teacher development is encouraged to develop the learning process as appropriate was of the lowest level; and 3) Measure and Evaluation have learned approval of learning outcomes and transfer of learning outcomes was of the highest level, but there is coordination with

educational institutions and other agencies to improve, develop an insurance system, internal quality and educational quality development according to the educational quality assurance system was of the lowest level.
