TEACHERS’ OPINIONS TO SUPERVISION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS BY COACHING UNDER THE PATHUMTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
This research aims to study Teachers’ opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. That’s classified by education, experience and the size of the school. The sample was selected from teachers that teaching in school of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, academic year 2022. Total of sample were 306 people, divided by education, experience and the size of the school. Instruments used were questionnaire about Teachers’ opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. There were 48 items. This questionnaire has Index of Item Objective Congruence: IOC between 0.60-1.00 and reliability equal 0.977. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance of Scheffe’s method The results showed that: 1) The result of this study in overall and considering each aspect about Teachers’ opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were high level. The aspect with the highest average value was the implementation of the idea, next, the partnership of choice learning. constructive conversation, counseling, respectively. The aspect with the lowest average was making the morale. 2) The result of comparison about Teachers’ opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 divided by education ,experience and the size of the school. The results were as follows. 2.1) Teachers who have different educational backgrounds, there were opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each aspect that no difference. 2.2) Teachers who have different experience, there were opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each aspect that no difference. 2.3) Teachers who have different the size of the school, there were opinions to Supervision of School Administrators by Coaching under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each aspect that no difference.
