INTEGRATED AND COLLABORATIVE AREA DEVELOPMENT FOR COMPREHENSIVE AND PRECISE SOLUTIONS FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION CASE STUDY OF MUKDAHAN PROVINCE PHASE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to expand the search and review of information on the poor, resulting in 100% complete quality information in Mukdahan Province; 2) to analyze and refer assistance to relevant agencies in both Area as for the provincial and central areas to achieve 100% efficiency in Mukdahan Province; 3) to develop a poverty alleviation model for solving the problem of poverty in a complete and sustainable manner in Mukdahan Province. 4) to develop a support system and develop policy proposals or linking to a development plan for solving poverty at the area/provincial level in Mukdahan Province.The results of the research were found: 1) The results of the search and review of the data of the poor can be achieved, a total of 5,575 households, representing 98.50%, the remaining 85 households, representing 1.50% of the total target of 5,660 households (100%). 2) Able to forward information on poor households to 12 relevant agencies, having an effective aid referral and follow-up system in at least 3 areas: 1. housing, 2. occupation, 3. education, the poor. Received assistance or career development for 677 households, 2,759 people 3) Three models for poverty alleviation in solving poverty problems in a complete and sustainable manner in Mukdahan Province, consisting of 3 models: 1. Process Innovation (Mukdahan Development Plan Model) 2. Process Innovation (Nikhom Kham Soi District Model) 3. Product Innovation (Mulberry Model Solving Problems) Poor) Nikhom Kham Soi District 4) Received a policy proposal to solve the poverty problem in Mukdahan Province in the 5-year Mukdahan Provincial Development Plan 2023-2027.
