The Network of the Nine Virtues Community: A Social Value Creative Process in Buriram Province

Abstract

The study titled “Community Network 9 D: Social Value Creation Process in Buriram Province” , The objective of this study was to study the 9D network building approach to create social values in Buriram Province. to create a 9D network model . to create social values in Buriram Province and to analyze the network linkage 9D. to create social values in Buriram Province. The sample group in this study was the model community of Santisuk Village 9D, Consisting of 1) Ban Ta Khong, Village No. 1, Ban Dan Sub-district, Ban Dan District, 2) Ban Bu, Village No. 12, Prasat Subdistrict, Ban Dan District, 3) Ban Nong Teng Yai, Village No. 17, Nong Teng Subdistrict, Krasang District, 4) Ban Yang, Ban Yang Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, 5) Ban Talat Pho Talat Pho Subdistrict Lam Plai Mat District, 6) Ban Sanuan Nok, Sanuan Subdistrict, Huai Rat District, 7) Khok Lek House, Khok Lek Sub-district, Huai Rat District and 8) Ban Na Pho, Na Pho Subdistrict, Na Pho District, Buriram Province. By using mixed-method and action research. The tool used for data collection was an interview created by the researcher himself. group chat and participatory observation. It was found that the guidelines for building 9 good networks to create social values in Buriram Province. There is a way to strengthen the network. both at the provincial level, the sub-district level, and the community or village level. The process is as follows: 1) Building understanding in the planning and management processes at all levels, 2) Establish an organization and working group to drive the Statute of Santisuk Village 9D at all levels, 3) Prepare the Statute of Santisuk Village 9D, 4) formulate a strategic plan to drive the village constitution In the picture, including the province, 5) Driving the village life plan at Santisuk 9D, So that every village can bring the Statute of Santisuk Village 9D into practice in solving the problem. And develop villages to achieve the objectives. The analysis of network linkage 9D found that the type of network It consists of a spatial network. network of activities and the network is divided according to the structure of functions. For the success factors in the creation of the Statute of Peace, Strong and Sustainable Communities in Buriram Province, There are 5 components: a leader, a village committee participation of citizens or communities community faith and quality evaluation.
