The Results of Using Teaching Packages on Basic Applied Music Note Writing and Reading in Music for Mathayomsuksa 1 Students

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to identify the efficiency of teaching packages on Basic Applied Music Note Writing and Reading with the 80/80 standard criteria 2) to compare learning achievement before and after using teaching packages and 3) to compare practical skills on basic applied music note Writing and Reading before and after using teaching packages.The sample consisted of 24 Mathayomsuksa I students of Naphoklang school in the second semester of 2021 studying music and Thai dance class by random cluster sampling. Research instruments were 1) Teaching packages with 4 lesson plans, 2) Learning achievement test and 3) Exercise skills test. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test Dependent Samples.

The results showed that

1. Efficiency of the teaching packages on Basic Applied Music Note Writing and Reading with 88.39/84.39 higher than the criteria setting 80/80


2. Learning achievement after using the learning packages was statistical significantly higher than before at the level of .05


3. Reading skills on Basic Applied Music Note Reading after using the packages was statistical significantly higher than before at the level of .05.
