Satisfaction of teachers towards the administration of school administrators in Seri Thai Campus Group Under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

  In this research, the researcher studies and compare the Satisfaction of Teachers to the Administration of School Administrators in Seri Thai Campus Group Under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, as classified by educational level occupation. Extrapolating and academic position from the Cohen, Manion and Morrison Table so as to determine appropriate sample size, the researcher selected a sample population consisting of 248 teachers in the school in SeriThai Campus Group Under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, then employing the simple random sampling method. The research Instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. Using techniques of descriptive statistics, the researcher analyzed the data collected in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. A t test technique and the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique were alsoemploed by the researcher. When differences between groups were found, Scheffé’s multiple comparison was additionally utilized by the researcher. The research results were as follows,
