LIFELONG LEARNING BY CREDIT BANK SYSTEM OF CHAIYAPHUM RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

          This research has the following objectives: 1) To Study Lifelong Learning management with Credit Bank System; 2) Studying the implementation modes of credit bank system in different universities; 3) Determine the operating model for the Credit Bank system that is consistent with the context of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. This research is a survey research. Using document research methods by surveying and collecting documents related to Lifelong Learning. Implementation of the Credit Bank system, transfers, academic results, and related research. analyzed and presented through descriptive methods.

From the research found that :

1. The guidelines for managing Lifelong Learning through the Credit Bank System have been formulated in various levels of strategies, namely national strategies, 2018-2036. National Education Development Plan, 2017-2036. Rajabhat Strategic Action Plan Period of 5 years, 2023-2027. In addition, laws related to the operation of Credit Bank systems have been promulgated, namely the announcement of the Higher Education Standards Committee. Subject: Implementation Guidelines for Higher Education Credit Bank Systems, 2022. Higher Education Standards Committee Notice: Standards and Methods for Credit Transfer and Higher Education Achievements, 2022.


2. There are 3 main models of operations in the Credit Bank system of higher education institutions operate: credit accumulating learning in advance (Pre-degree), Non-Degree learning, and lifelong learning in the system. Transfer knowledge and experience from training Person's experience as well as studying short courses for courses that are currently in operation, there are   3 groups: subjects or sets of subjects in the regular curriculum that are already being taught. Training course and short courses


3. Operational model in the Credit Bank system that should be and be consistent with the context of the organized curriculum Teaching at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University includes regular courses already offered that are not under the control of the Professional Council. They can be taken in the credit bank system for every course. As for the curriculum under the control of professional councils, including the Teachers Council, Nursing Council, Community Public Health Council, and Council of Engineers, they will be taken into consideration for transferring credits and academic results according to the conditions of the relevant organizations. It may also be conducted in the form of a training course. and short courses.
