Abstract
The objective of this research is to present the development approach of educational administrators’ role on information communication technology support for learning management. The researcher used 42 items of a questionnaire and collected 350 respondents of the administrators and teachers in primary educational service area office, Ubon Ratchathani 3. The statistical analysis are mean, standard deviation, variance and multi regression analysis. The research results found that development approach are policy and planning development, network management development, tanning development, monitoring development and performance appraisal development. These all approaches influenced simultaneously significant on the prediction of teaching planning 47%, teaching and learning activities 65% and students’ progress monitoring 36%
