Quality assurance conditions within the child development center under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

            This research has the objective (1) To study the conditions of quality assurance operations within child development centers. Under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ubon Ratchathani Province (2) To compare opinions on the conditions of quality assurance operations within child development centers under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ubon Ratchathani Province (3) To study recommendations on the conditions of quality assurance operations. Within the Child Development Center under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ubon Ratchathani Province, there are The sample group used in the research was 118 Directors of Education/Educational Academics and 167 teachers using stratified sampling and simple random sampling. Tools used in this research It is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a confidence value of .95 for the entire questionnaire. Statistics used include percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests and F-tests, and tests of pairwise differences by Scheffe's Method. The research results found that. The research results can be summarized as follows.   

1. Conditions of quality assurance operations within child development centers under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ubon Ratchathani Province were found to be overall at a high level.       

2. From comparing the administrative conditions of child development centers According to the operating standards of the Child Development Center under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization In Ubon Ratchathani Province Classified by position, educational background, and size of child development center Overall there is no difference.

3. Suggestions on the conditions of quality assurance operations within child development centers Under the Subdistrict Administrative Organization In Ubon Ratchathani Province as follows: 3.1Setting educational standards Executives should provide continuous supervision.3.2 In terms of preparing the educational quality development plan, it is seen that there should be continuous supervision and monitoring.3.3 Implementation of the specified plan It is seen that operations should be continuously monitored.3.4 Providing evaluation and inspection of educational quality It is seen that there should be continuous inspection and monitoring of operations.3.5 Monitoring results of operations It is seen that every step should be monitored and continuously monitored.3.6 Reporting of self-assessment results It is seen that the steps should be taken according to the time period.
