Abstract
The study relationship between instructional leadership and the effectiveness of school administration in the digital disruption era of secondary schools under the secondary educational service area Pathum Thani. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of academic leadership in the digital disruption era 2) to study the effectiveness level of educational institution management in the digital disruption era 3) to study the relationship between academic leadership and the effectiveness of educational institution management in the digital disruption era of secondary schools Under the jurisdiction of the Pathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office It is quantitative research. The sampling of educational institution administrators and teachers in secondary schools. Under the jurisdiction of the Pathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, for the academic year 2022, a total of 22 places, using the sample size determination table of Krejci and Morgan. A sample of 346 people was obtained. Statistics used in data analysis included mean, and standard deviation. Analysis of the relationship between variables using the correlation coefficient.
The research results found that the overall average of all 6 aspects of academic leadership in the digital disruption era of administrators and teachers is at a high level. The overall average of all 5 aspects of the effectiveness of school administration in the digital disruption era of administrators and teachers is at a high level. There is a very high relationship between academic leadership and the effectiveness of school administration in the era of digital disruption. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
